I am shocked that expats can become so "swiss".

But if you want to purue it.
Take photos
Find out who they are
Go to the police station and file charges - if you are in rented accomodation it may be that the owner or the owner's representative has to file charges. If you cannot identify the culprits the then the police will decide if it is serious enough for them to pursue it. I am not a lawyer so you might want to get professional advice

Now you are really integrated, go straight to prison.

In addition to the very obvious social distancing requirements, if you read Dorpofiz's excellent explanatory post (2) it is clearly explained that it is not a matter of being grouchy but also an insurance matter if someone should fall. Perhaps Axman's balcony overlooks the path and, working from home, is disturbed by a constant stream of people using the shortcut. There are many perhaps I can cite but the overriding fact is that it is private property and, if the proper route is well signed, then people should not trespass, especially if they have already been asked politely not to do so.

Fence and a locked gate?

Yep, that is the only way. Doesn't matter how many signs you put up, how obvious that it is private property and how politely you tell people not to come back, there will always be people who will ignore it.

For me the insurance argument does not hold. If you are trespassing and it is signed you are unlikely to be able to sue the landowner.
I cannot judge the individual circumstances here but the general attitudes expressed towards the holiness of private property are for me very Swiss. The prison I was referring to is not my idea

Literally,

Pee-er in the wild. (hooligan)

Person taking a warm shower. (gay)

Back pipe face (needs a punch in the face)

Floppy tail (impotent, gay)

All terms of non-endearment. Who says the germans have no sense of humour.

Are you sure warmduscher means 'gay'. Duden says it means 'wimp'.

So anyone who behaves sensibly is called a wimp?

I think Warmduscher definitely has more sexual overtones that for instance "Weichei" . Duden may be being politically correct.

What leads you to write that I think people behaving sensibly are wimps? I was just puzzled and amused that the thread had somehow got hi-jacked

I didn't say that. I was referring to the fact that the literal meanings of all these words indicate sensible behaviour like pre-heating the oven, parking in shadows, understanding the even etc. No offense was meant.

Can there a bigger offense than understanding women? How I shudder to think there can be such men!

Sorry, a misunderstanding. It is deplorable how many insults and swear words refer to women, sexual organs, sexuality, intelligence etc etc. But the story of warmduscher is quite funny...

Schlappschwanz depicts a male coward and has nothing to do with sexual preferences (although it literally means he couldn't get it up.)
