Hello!!

I have a little lovely castrated cat. And I have a big problem each time I go on holidays. I don't have any friend that can take care of my cat, and I don't want to pay those abusive 30chf per cat/day in a "pet hotel".

So I am looking for some one with the same problem in the Zürich area.

We can arrange something to take care of the cats when one of the parts go on holidays.

I will start I go on holidays from the 25 July to the 16 August.

Anybody interested??

Bad news for me.

Just at the last moment my cat sitter retracted and I am(we are) in a bad situation. Know, even I could't found a vacancy in a pet hostel.

Even I can paid for the cat sitting. If interested I can bring the cat to your flat and once I came back I will pick it again.

unfortunatly I leave for one week 25-1.august. otherwise I would have helped you out.
no possibility to ask a neighbor?surely there s some kid around who would be glad to earn some pocketmoney. or a little old lady who loves cats.

You know, I saw your post a while back and I would be happy to help (there is an expats list for this very purpose on yahoo groups) but you are leaving during prime summer vacation season!!! Even low budget people like myself are away during those days. So, I recommend booking with a professional for periods like mid-July to mid-August and Christmas/new years in advance OR take your pet with you (this is what we during the summer, there are websites out there with links for hotels that accept pets.
Have you tried Coniglio? They are reasonably priced and have always been able to help us out last minute.
I am back in town August 5th and could help if you can find organize something for the first 10 days of your trip.
