This is a property located withing the Cadaque's Resort, a private property with limited access to the owners and the Hotel guests. The apartment is privately owned.
The running cost of the apartment depend on the usage. If you run the Air conditioning 24/7 you will have higher costs, if you run the AC when you go bed at night or for a fresh nappy time, its different.

You are in control of your electric bill, but I will say it can run from US$30- 100+ just like in here or anywhere else.



The "condo fee" includes, the public areas maintenance such as the pools, beach area, cleanliness of public areas, public areas electricity, elevators, security, aquatic park to where the owner has access, etc amounts to RD$12,000 (Pesos)

Considering the oscillating of the dollar you can estimate anywhere from US$200-218 per month.
The owner have access to all the facilities.
The Restaurants are exclusive to the owner, the Hotel guests and the owner's guests.
