We are moving to Zurich and looking for a new tenant to take over our apartment in Lausanne starting from
February 1st, 2020. It is a
3.5 rooms apartment on the 1st floor of a modern building. The rent is
CHF 2580.- including charges (+150 CHF for an indoor parking). Our apartment is
2 mins walk from Fourmi metro station (m2) and 12 mins to Lausanne Gare by metro. It also has a very easy access to the motorway/autoroute A9 (400 meters from Lausanne-Vennes highway exit to the entrance of the indoor parking).
It has a square balcony facing south and with a relaxing view. The building has Minergie standard and built in year 2016 (first tenants 2017). The kitchen has quite a lot of cupboards/working area to store your appliances and kitchenware. There is also an ensuite bathroom with washing machine and tumbler in the main bedroom (see pics from the below link). The public indoor pool (Piscine Couverte De Grand-Vennes) is 5 mins walk from the apartment, similarly in 10-15 mins you can walk to the Lac de Sauvabelin passing inside the beatiful park.
