Hello

I have one room to rent. In 8005 Zurich. 10 min tram ride to HB, 5 min to Hardbrucke and right next to Limmat.

The apt is 80 m2 and has one big bedroom (you need a bed or i can get one) with built-in closet. One bathroom to share. W/D in the apartment.

Rent is 1100 CHF including internet and everything. No visitor, pet or couple please.

If you are a commuter from other town and look for a weekday place to stay, I can also consider it at 950 CHF.
Available from Jan 2020.

Does this mean your tenant would share this one big bedroom with you?
