I'm renting out 2.5 (semi-furnished) rooms in my spacious 6.5 apartment in 8152 Glattbrugg/Opfikon
Prefer a native English speaking flat mate (ie. American or British)
Rent is 1350 CHF, including NK (Internet, netflix, power, water), plus 150 for general groceries
2.5=2 bedrooms and the master bathroom, there will only be 2 people for the whole apartment
The bedrooms already have wardrobes, one has a desk and I can buy a new bed if needed
Approx. 30m private plus 70m shared area, the apartment is about 160m
Ground floor with patio with a swim spa as well as a hobby room for billards
Bike storage in the basement, as well as a private laundry
You can reach the Zurich HB in 30 mins a number of ways.
200 meters from the 781 Glattbrugg, Oberhusen bus stop
700 meters from the Lindberghplatz tram station
800 meters from the Opfikon train station (11 minutes to HB)
600-1200 meters from COOP, Migros, Drug store and other shops
1000 meters from Glattbrugg train station, with Migrolino open on Sundays
Glattpark is a 12 min walk where there's a large public space with a meadow and small lake
Parking can be arranged for an additional fee.
I'm an American male, I work for skyguide in Dübendorf, easy going, non smoker, love to travel and a nice chat.
I usually have music playing in the apartment.
