Re: Family House for Rent between Zurich and Zug

I have a 9 year old 3 bedroomed terraced house 4th bedroom/ office attic extension. Choice of 3 different types of heating. Schwedenoffen is the cheapest, heats whole house. Cellar with washing machine, water conditioner etc. Small garden with sitzpaltz. 2 parking spaces one covered. In village, near Frauenfeld walking distance to shops. 35 minutes drive to Zurich. or train from Frauenfeld. Great neighbours.
I'm Getting SFr. per month 1610 at present is this too cheap?

Hi Verena,

I'm no expert on Swiss housing. I'm told it's all to do with the location first, then the individual property. Your best bet is to ask around in your area. Sorry I'm not much help. Good luck.

Verena, I think you want your own thread for this but I'm struggling to work out if the place is yours or you're looking to rent or *something else*

Re: Family House for Rent between Zurich and Zug

I'm happy to say this property has been rented. So ... the link to Homegate won't work any more.

(Maybe an administrator could remove this thread?).

Thanks.

Re: House to rent in Zug

Hi,
This is my first posting on this site. I have just arrived back in Sydney after checking out the beautiful town of Zug. My husband and I are planning to move there next year and enrol our daughter at the Institut Montana in Zugerberg. Does anyone have a child at the school? I was very impressed with the facilities at the school. I am also looking for an English speaking site that will give me some info on renting a property in Zug. Also I have been told that there is an American Women's association in Zug or Zurich that will help with local information when we arrive. Look forward to your feedback.
