I'm looking for an apartment for a new work colleague of 1-2 rooms (or more if it fits with budget) in the Kloten area or at least no more than 30-45 mins by public transport.

Person could Pet-sit, loves children and could also long-term house sit if there might also be a chance to save on monthly outgoing though she must have her own space (bathroom, living room). Colleague is female, has B permit and full driving licence, speaks French and Russian (and fluent English) and in her 20s. She has a job but currently stuck in a temporary accommodation since she arrived four months ago whilst (not easily) trying to find somewhere to rent near her job.

As I wrote, her budget per month is 800 -1,300 CHF

On this basis any creative help or advice, or any opportunity would be greatly appreciated.

Just wondered if anyone can help with the search regarding also the possibility of extra work for her whilst residing, I'm useless with this as I never had to search but any website tips that combine her helping with some work as I listed in original post would really help.

I won't limit the area so much I think and have more flexibility regarding sharing an apartment/bathroom too if it helps.
