Looking for 3 rooms near Max Bill Platz Oerlikon

Hello
We are looking for a flat somewhere near the Schule im Birch, which is in Max bill Platz in Oerlikon.
Need at least a 2BR flat, and flexible on most options, elevator/no elevator. Would like to keep the Rent under 2'500/month incl Neb
Please PM if you know of a place.
Flexible on move in dates.
