ya know I don't think Eisenhower had as many problems planning D'day as you lot are having planning a KFC run.
but then of course he didn't have to worry so much about parking spots.

I've been wracking my brains and the only big parking thing on the way(ish) to KFC would be the arrivals/drop off parking at the airport (the bit upstairs). I've parked there for free for an hour before now. Is that just a lame idea? Also really easy to get to with public transport.
Castro and Stig can still go to SBB to get their travellers if they want then meet the rest of us there (or change their pick up to Euroairport if that suits everyone better)?

If you're considering Euroairport as a meeting place, then the Airport Hotel may be a better bet. There's a bus stop for the 50 bus, and it's right next to where you'd join the motorway. And it'd save you traipsing all the way up to the airport, just to come back again.

Or is the little car park at Kannenfeldplatz still there? You'd struggle to park, but there's space if you're just loitering.
Or, The street next to Bhf St. Johann? Loads of room there.

It's all easy for me. I'll be leaving from the 1 tram and 50 bus routes.
Wherever Stig prefers, I'll be there.

Can't we ( the cars that are full) meet at the Kfc parking in Mulhouse?
Surely it can't be that hard to spot the Swiss car in France... | The following 2 users would like to thank Joey82 for this useful post: | |

Thanks Angela and Mirfield for trying to make it easier on me, although I should try to make it easier for you guys because all I have to do is drive. Never the less if you ask me for the easiest spot to pick you guys up - I would ask for the BAD Banhoff (German Banhoff) parking lot. It's the easiest way out for me because I live 10 mins away and then we can just hit the road to the French Border which is another 5 mins away.
Obviously all the cars (people) need to find a spot to meet somewhere before we head to the KFC in Mulhouse or meet at the KFC Parking parking between 1:15 PM and 1:30 PM. This should give enough time for people to drive up there if they time it right.

Reposting the alleged RIGHT address once again for everyone. It got lost in all the homo, no homo, lesbo non-erotic discussions of the thread. | Quote: | | | | | I visited the Mulhouse KFC just before Xmas and posted the address that works in the GPS. A friend is joining from Lausanne so the car is full. We're going directly to Morschwiller KFC if there's no general meeting point.
