Re: The Quest for a 6-Piece (KFC) VI

I'm a little puzzled about the logistics, for those going directly to KFC, are you going to wait for the Basel people? I'm guessing that we will arrive around 13:30 if we meet at Basel SBB @ 12:30.

(apologies if this has already been addressed, I don't have the will to plow through 40 pages of posts )

It's all a bit confusing. Some people don't want to drive into Basel cause it's too busy (plus there won't be enough space there for all the cars). So we were trying to find a meeting spot outside of Basel where we can all meet up and go to KFC together so that nobody has to wait at the KFC for people...which would be torture.

We did ask earlier if Castro knew any good meeting spots around Basel where there is enough space for all the cars so any ideas are welcome

Me and Nil are going directly to KFC because she is collecting me from home due to my toe and it seems a bit silly to come to SBB with two toddler's who will likely get bored. At least at KFC we can let them out of their car seats.

Hope this is ok for the other Basel lot? I will wait to eat until everyone arrives though so don't any of you be late!!!!!

It makes sense to me for you and Stig (as the other Basel drivers) to pick up your lot as usual from SBB. But it's up to you guys.

Sigh.. and Adrian, who are you driving with ?
I haven't read the last 3 pages yet (no doubt full of non-homo stuff) but ... I'm going with Castro from SBB. A space appeared in his car. A Begga-shaped space. I will squeeze into it somehow.

If I'm taking Lib and Adrian, they're both pretty familiar with the City so we can agree a convenient meeting spot and then aim to be in Mulhouse by 13:30. We originally picked Basel SBB as we had peeps coming in by train, perhaps not familiar with the place.

I guess we could all aim to be there at the KFC for 13.30 then?

What says our fearless leader?

It doesn't make a difference to me since I'm getting a lift

But I don't know when do the French have Lunch? It might be a good idea to avoid their Lunch time. Last time we went to this KFC it was VERY busy and they only had trainees on so they were very slow

From the centre of Basel to the KFC its 34 mins add lots of stupid Sunday drivers doing 20 km/h and its more like 40 - 45 mins . Also need to take into account people arriving late to their various rendezvous points.

I vote that if they're late we leave 'em behind. Why should I have to wait for my Tower pleasure?
