So i've been in Zurich for 5 weeks and been too busy with work to do anything too exciting. That's all going to change...

i was thinking of maybe getting a few people together and arranging a weekend skiing/snowboarding trip, or maybe something different like paragliding or whatever... just something fun and that'll get the blood pumping a bit :-)

Unfortunately too short notice for me to get time off work but if you plan on doing it again some time in the future I would probably be up for it as long as there is a bit of notice.

We all have other interests and need to be informed of an upcoming function early enough: it is best to arrange functions 6 to 8 weeks ahead. Is there para gliding available every weekend even in this cold weather? Do you rent all the equipment? Does the cost of CHF 170 include flying suits?

I've already done the paragliding bit, but I'd be interested in getting out and about skiing........ so let me know the plans.

I get my monthly schedule mid way through the preceding month so generally need to request time off at the start of the preceding month unless I can find people to cover/swap with me (so 4 weeks notice would be perfect, I know it's a lot ).

Considering the above I'd be up for pretty much anything from bungee jumping to skiing to paragliding to sky diving to whatever else our minds can put together. Do they have river rafting in switzerland? Did it once in croatia and would love to do it again.
