This Quest is a kids friendly and they are so excited when they know they are going there.... Little Princess could see the restaurant from the street and kept repeating: Manger, manger! Poulet!!!! She is loving it!
We realised when we left that it was almost 3h pm. She usually goes to bed for her nap at 1h pm. So that is a pretty good reason to make her upset! | | | | | when does she wake from her nap? We could go post-nap next time?

Chicken was still tasty, but the menu has changed. Gone was the box with chicken pieces and hot wings, and gone is the "one extra piece of chicken for just 1€ more" offer. So the prices have gone up slightly.
Service to me appeared the same as last time. Slow, friendly (as I speak French with a cockney accent, anyone who tries to interpret what I'm saying and gets it right deserves a medal) but then everyone in front of me seemed to be buying enough food to feed a hundred people. Still, I like to have my little smug laugh at those who did the "go large" option, got extra large cups, and then went over to the unlimited refill drinks machine to get their extra large coke.

At our time there was one person serving. She served Angela then must have gone on her break and nobody gave her her boxmaster thing Angie ordered. Someone eventually gave her it. We could see it ready for about 5 minutes.
Then I was next in the queue, only to stand there with another 10 people behind me for 15 minutes while nobody even took my order and nobody was available to take orders | The following 4 users would like to thank for this useful post:

These KFC jollies have taught me that there is a cool bunch of people, up for doing random stuff, even with families/kids in tow.
Next time (don't shoot me!) maybe we could all do something else! A picnic, for example. Near enough to a KFC that people can bring it to the picnic. Plus, if we're all sitting outside in the sun, kiddies who have nap times (like Little Princess, or Mirfield) can lie down and sleep.

We should all go to Klein Istanbul in Zurich. It's pretty good, but will only hold 15 people or so. | Quote: | | | | | Chicken was still tasty, but the menu has changed. Make a day out of it, people can come and go as they like, play badminton, play kubb, play guitar, sing, what ever, just be happy.

Yeah Nil, you have to wait until 11th April (or go twice!) as I'm not free until then and I want to discover a bit more the hidden gems in nearby Germany.

How's the food Adrian?
Great, Begga!
What about that Ultimate frisbee?
Oh that's great too! A fad I was so happy to find is still around!
And the weather? Too hot?
Oh no, Begga! Just perfect! Like the location you picked!

| | Re: QUEST for a 6-Piece (KFC) VII | Quote: | | | | | So who have been to the KFC today?
We were there with Adrian, Begga, Mimi, The Real Stig and a lovely girl and her family (I forgot your name... shame on me!)
What happened to Porsch, Economisto, Angela and hubby?
That was R4chel and family
It was a great day again but it was a mighty shame not to see Joey, Porsch, Ang et el Hopefully see you next time.
We proved we don't need LiB to enjoy ourselves so if he doesn't reappear and HTFU then I am happy to take over the organising
@Adrian: I like the idea of picnics when the weather is warmer. I'm not sure mini mimi will nap though especially when you're there tickling her feet but I'm not too bothered. She didn't get upset at KFC that she had missed her nap and she caught up once we got home anyway.

This big belly you saw in front of me isn't a beer belly. It is an actual baby in there, oui oui!
I am giving birth the 21st of April, so April is already a bad timing after the 11th...
So I have to organise it before, like next week or the week after or it goes in May (and we will need help to handle a newborn and a toddler since we will be new at this task).
Pick your timing and make sure to come to visit me in the hospital! KFC allowed!

Myself and mini mimi will definitely come and visit you in the hospital. I may even bring more raspberry cheesecake brownies with me | This user would like to thank mimi1981 for this useful post:
