Hi,

for newcomers and for regulars.

Come to greet old friends, meet new people and share few drinks in a good company! Everyone is welcome; and I will make sure that you return home less sober and more happy!

To make it more interesting, everyone needs to:

Re: Basel Saturday Social

Since some people asked how they are going to recognize a group, I've decided to place my family totem on the table.

Family totem is in my family for centuries, if not longer. Legend says it came from space, directly from Gods, to bring good mood and cast evil spirits away. It has been faithful protector of the family ever since. It was given to me by my grand-grand-grandfather at the day when I was sent to wander the path of expat. The wise, white-bearded man knew that I need a protection and that I must be surrounded by good people if I was to survive into the big, dangerous unknown world.

"My grandgrandgrandson", he said, "take this. This is the most valued treasure of our family. It will bring good, smiling people around you. You and your friends may drink as much as you like, but you will never do anything stupid. Also provides energy boost, if someone is low on energy. And remember, my son, whatever or whoever the totem touches becomes friendly. "

It works, apparently. Once I was in the plane, and Paris Hilton sat next to me, and she said.....but I am revealing too much!

I will put the totem on our table, so that our group can be identified.

Picture of the totem will follow shortly.

Re: Basel Saturday Social

to eat my family totem? but it is not possible, it would turn you friendly the moment you touch it.

If you ever touch Mr. Blocher with it, I am sure he'd apply for permission to build minaret in his back yard. it's that powerful!

You can eat look-alikes, that's ok.

OK.. OK.. Mr. Blocher will not be harmed... But he may not want to see the carnage to his bretheren over a smoldering pile of Charcol Briquettes.... Even Mr. Blocher cannot save them.. MUWAHAHAHA...
