Okay troops. This is a question to the drivers rather than anyone else to be honest.
Meeting point. I think the best idea is to meet up at KFC. There are far too many cars to coordinate a meet up at Basel SBB...and to be honest there isn't enough space.
So we can say to meet up at the latest 8.30pm at the KFC in Mulhouse.
It would be excellent if everyone could be on time so we can eat together. Of course there are always extenuating circumstances that can prevent this.
So if all the drivers could send me their mobile number and I will mine so that we can be in touch if there is any change of plan etc.

This is the address for the KFC. They close 22h30 so it's another reason for us to be on time.
(the emphasis on organisation and time keeping has made me realise I've been in this blasted country too long)
