The Quest for a 6-Piece (KFC) VIII
Calendar: Social Events

06.08.2011 20:30 to 23:30
*The times shown may change, depending on DST settings
City/Town: Müllhaus (France)
Event Type: Other
Meeting Point: To be decided

I have decided to take it upon myself to organise the next KFC run. It shall be a run away success and I will not flounce my own event.

Meeting place can be decided. I understand it's difficult for some to come into the mighty Basel in their cars so we could meet at the KFC itself.

The rules created by our previous fearless leader will apply (i.e. no farting yada yada yada)

Looking forward to seeing lots of chicken lovers.

Please indicate if you have a car and how many people you will be willing to transport in said car.

Event is ramadhan friendly. Chicken is halal!

Start thinking of joining if the eating at KFC is half as fun as the thread itself.
There should be space in Angie's car even if mimi does come. She has one of dem 4x4 numbers.

Also The Real Stig might come as well? WHERE ARE YOU REAL STIG?!

Okay troops. This is a question to the drivers rather than anyone else to be honest.

Meeting point. I think the best idea is to meet up at KFC. There are far too many cars to coordinate a meet up at Basel SBB...and to be honest there isn't enough space.

So we can say to meet up at the latest 8.30pm at the KFC in Mulhouse.

It would be excellent if everyone could be on time so we can eat together. Of course there are always extenuating circumstances that can prevent this.

So if all the drivers could send me their mobile number and I will mine so that we can be in touch if there is any change of plan etc.

71, rue de Mulhouse
68790 Morschwiller Le Bas

This is the address for the KFC. They close 22h30 so it's another reason for us to be on time.

(the emphasis on organisation and time keeping has made me realise I've been in this blasted country too long)

Things never are as good as you anticipate.

I've been to most of the other KFC Quests and everyone just sits there in silence, munching chicken and shuffling their feet awkwardly. Seems most here are only funny when given a chance to spend time composing a witty one liner

Err could you at least tell me?
I will honey but I won't know until tomorrow morning. Is that ok?

(75% yes)

I can only pick my awesome crew up at 19:45 which means we'll only arrive around 21:00.. Sorry but it's the earliest I can do. I'm getting my toddler to bed 40min earlier than usual, there's no way I'll be able to push it more than that.

My girl. No problemo. Let me drive. We'll reach same time as the others if ya do, although some may not be able to eat at all after that experience!

Why are Fiji asking for food certification from KFC

It's the food equivalent of cigarettes. Just let it pass.
