The Quest for a 6-Piece (KFC) VIII
Calendar: Social Events

06.08.2011 20:30 to 23:30
*The times shown may change, depending on DST settings
City/Town: Müllhaus (France)
Event Type: Other
Meeting Point: To be decided

I have decided to take it upon myself to organise the next KFC run. It shall be a run away success and I will not flounce my own event.

Meeting place can be decided. I understand it's difficult for some to come into the mighty Basel in their cars so we could meet at the KFC itself.

The rules created by our previous fearless leader will apply (i.e. no farting yada yada yada)

Looking forward to seeing lots of chicken lovers.

Please indicate if you have a car and how many people you will be willing to transport in said car.

Event is ramadhan friendly. Chicken is halal!

I believe that has come up before and the answer (if I remember right) is that yes, they do, at least the ones in France do.
Yes the ones in France do. I asked the first few times I went then stopped. It's good enough for me

I read it on the website as well...but they've changed the website to some evil flash monstrosity so I can't translate it anymore

Yup, me and the wife are doing it again. Anyone need a lift?
My hubby and I do, if you can swing near Basel (we can probably hop a tram out to Prattln or there about if it makes it easier)?

You guys can eat whenever. I think the fast breaking time is about 9pm at that time though, so I'd wait until then.

I wouldn't want to starve everyone else because I'm a sadist
Thats bloody emotional blackmail and you know it!

You know I wouldnt eat in front of anyone who is fasting during Ramadan! Thats just cruel - but for you, hmm....I might make an exception.

I find it so sweet to see people are willing to wait to break the fasting with Porsch!

And I am so far away of those extraordinary people.... Gosh I am going to miss you so much!

Re: The Quest for a 6-Piece (KFC) VIII

4 years ago I changed my lifestyle to start eating more healthy and stopped going to fast food chains - of which - KFC was my fave! Moving from Scotland to Basel I thought I would have less temptation but all this talk of KFC is really making me want some!!!! 4 years of having them right on my doorstep and I never went!!

I am in Edinburgh all next week moving house - so my kitchen will be all packed up and I won't be able to cook ......... we'll have to eat out but where oh where shall we go...............

Dearest, I think their definition of 1 (one, uno, ein) does not include either you or me of course
