We are an English speaking social group of joggers / walkers meeting every Thursday and one (normally the first) Saturday each month. We follow a trail set by the organiser ('hare') which is designed to keep fast and slow people together.

Trails normally start at a restaurant or bar in Zürich (Zone 10) where we can leave spare clothes. After the run (normally around 1 hour on Thursday, longer on Saturday) we settle in the restaurant.

We normally have 10-20 people, of all ages, nationalities and fitness levels.

There are Hashes all over the world and we sometimes organise events with other hashes.
