The A-Z of dining is a regular once per month dining event - with the concept being that we `travel` through the alphabet, visiting different restaurants in Zürich. It is open to any EF member - especially new members! Partners and friends are also welcome.
H H HA HA HA HA HA HAAAAAAA . . . . . . no, it`s not easy to find an H.
So hard that I
would drop it but my Dad said `Son, never drop you H`s `
Actually we did find a good Himalayan restaurant but it`s closed until the 23rd August and so I could not book it in time.
So what did we learn from the Greek experience? well we have to order at the stated start time and NOT wait for latecomers . . as we sat for 1 hour before we even ordered starters
.
Back to this month - with no Hungarian, Haitian, Hebredean or any other H`s to be found in Zürich . . . I have exercised the organiser`s right of diversity and booked a table at a HEBREW restaurant.
In fact I have booked for 16 people at the BARANES Grill Restaurant on Zurlinden strasse 21, 8003, Zürich.
The date is thursday 25th August (closed fridays and saturdays).
Yeh, yeh, yeh it is a `school` day . . . . but . . whatever.
The time is 19:30 (not 20:00 or 20:30
).
