hey everyone

So since the last youngster thread went a bit off topic and didn't actually get round to organizing anything I thought we could actually set a date and see how many people could make it for some drinks! Of course you dont have to be 'young' to attend.. Im sure all you old people still think your'e still 'young' at heart and will come anyway :P

It would be great to get to know a few more people round my age to meet up with in Zurich who are also English speakers! So if your a student, you work here, your an au pair or your just a bum who happens to be in your 20s or so lets go for a drink!

I propose Friday since its the end of the week and should give enough time for people to see this thread! So if your interested please RSVP!

Nice simple English/Irish pub to start with Paddy Rileys! Near the main station in Zurich and not too bad atmosphere. Say around 18:30?

Hope to meet up with some of you soon!

  • Lingh - I would love to come but I live in Montreux and by the time i get the train will it be too late?

  • prof. taratonga - I look like nineteen but in reality I'm too old for this kind of stuff. Have fun guys.
  • Rangatiranui - My 19yr old blonde gym bunny friends and I dont have time for such old folk.. ;-)
  • Januska - Oh no, I'm tied that evening with a "family dinner" for who knows how long so I cannot come this time but if there's gonna be more events like this I'm definitely up to!!
  • iwork2travel - I am just in to early 30's but I can drink like a 20 year old.

You are always welcome professor. In fact, we youngster always need a young hearted guy like you

No idea...all girls on EF have some plans on this friday..zzzz...it's probably not a youngster unite; it's more likeyoungster boys unite peace girls.

this is the paddy rileys at Sihlstrasse?
then thats one stop from Paradeplatz in the direction of Farbhof

ahh girls, don't listen to him! I know at least two guys (great football players as well) from that group of youngsters, who are really lovely!

is there a number to be able to contact someone becuase i dont actually finish work until about 7ish, and i have to make my way to zurich from baden, so dont know what time i will be there, and i dont want to turn up at paddy's and noone is there!!

Will you be able to catch the direct train from Baden to ZH which departs at 19:08 from platform no.1 ? If yes, then you will arrive around 19:26 at Zurich main station. It takes around 7-10 minutes by walk to reach at the meeting point; therefore, I guess you will be there somewhere around 19:45 which is 1h 15 min. late but No worries, we got a lot of time...we'll be there waiting for you. I sent you my number through PM (just in case if you find difficult to relocate the venue.)

dun dun dun !!! the day has come ! I hope all of you can still make it! Im sure Paddy Reillys will get a bit busier later on today and we may end up moving somewhere else but we will try to stay there at least until everyone has arrived that we know about so we dont lose anyone! If you need a contact number feel free to send me a PM and I will send you my number otherwise we will see you in Paddys!
