no, the court is not grass, but if you show with any kind of soccer, runners shoes you will be fine, first time i went i was using something like http://www.google.ch/imgres?q=adidas...:9&tx=30&ty=58 this ones, and i had no problem, for the next ones i got some soccer shoes but the ones that are flat, kind of like indor soccer
