Greetings fellow diners . . . come and join us for a culinary journey through the alphabet.
The A-Z of dining is a concept whereby we visit a different restaurant in Zurich each month based on the letters of the alphabet - having started 2011 with A, we are just recovering from the slightly bizarre experience of H and have finally arrived in the safe waters of I.
I'm sorry to disappoint those of you expecting or hoping for INDIAN . . because I already had a plan for this month and . . . I like to stick to a plan.
Therefore we are obviously going ITALIAN and I have booked a table for 18 people at the restaurant 'da Michelangelo' at Gertrudstrasse 37, 8003. Zurich.
The table is booked for 8pm (as many people seem to find it hard to get there for 7-30).

I have been to this restaurant recently and can only say that it was excellent.
So register below to reserve your place.

Well, I've just got in after a brilliant night! Loved meeting everyone, fab bunch of peeps so you are. Ended up in a club dancing away till the wee hours, Kaufenleute I think it was. Money was enough for your meal Sygirl by the way. Looking forward to the next get together.

It was a pleasure to meet new people and catch up with ones I already knew.
The food was FANTASTIC! I will be going back soon.

Thank you all who came to this event. It almost felt like being in Italy at the big table, at least it sounded like that. The food was excellent and authentic as were the guests.

Basher, we really missed you. Thanks to the assitance of zwissmiss the bill was sorted in no time.
