It wasn't your fault about the RSVP's. Changing the date just deletes them - perhaps using the reasoning that if the date is changed there is no guarantee that the same folk will be able to come.
For future reference - if you ever have to change a date, or any other detail, again, you can copy the names already on the list before changing the date or whatever, paste them into a new post after the alteration... and then ask if anyone will now be unable to attend.

I'm hoping to leave Morges between 6 and 7 so should be ready to go at my hotel at GE airport by 8 ish..... is it best I take a train into town from the airport... if so which stop is nearest to the pub and what's the last train back?
Don't expect any dancing on the tables from me, I have a 3.30am start Saturday and a full on day working on my own in Morges, but beer will help (I also have a full day working at the Expat-expo on Sunday and a very long drive home Sunday night). I will bring some cheese to the pub though

Then you either give me a call so i can come pick you up or you cross the street, cross another street with some tram lines and climb up a very steep hill and there you are!
I will make a map later tonight and post it here
And there are buses until after midnight so you are fine |

By 'girl' I think you mean me. Haven't been called that in a long time!
Can't make it on Saturday, as the evening is already spoken for. Ah well, maybe next time.... sigh.

Don't be afraid to bring too much, gata and I will finish it off. Ask the poor schools of lobster we've decimated. | This user would like to thank Russkov for this useful post:

Grumpgrapefruit definitely one of my heros, selling English cheese here in Switzerland and making a real good go of it, hat off to you Sir.

Great meeting everyone. The cheese was wonderful as expected, thanks grumpy! Thanks to gata for handling burger delivery (as well as Grumpy delivery ). And magic for his great stories and confirming our suspicions about bankers.
Looking forward to the seafood buffet next Friday. I'll set up the event tomorrow.

Seafood buffet event's set up.
And this is a fun fact that feels strangely relevant: if you combine the amount of weight magic and myself have lost during the last year, you get (more or less) gata's body weight. | The following 2 users would like to thank Russkov for this useful post:
