Absolutely! As the Prof. said, we'll make reservations - the place is small and easily packed - so let us know if you can make it by subscribing above.
Thanks!

Ciao Ragazzi
Do you ever organize this event also in the evening or is it always a lunch event? I would love to join but can't leave work
A presto....

A presto.... | | | | | The Lunch Events are always at Lunchtime .
We have a series of Dinnerevents, the "A-Z of Dining". Last one was Italian. The new date will soon be out (End of Oct./Beginning of Nov.).
Just look it up in the Social Events Section. Thursday there is the "Unofficial Drinks at the Viadukt" where you can meet the naughty bunch of the forum, have some Bagels with warm cheese at the "British Cheese Center of Switzerland" or have dinner at the restaurant in the Viadukt.

Hi all,
short update: I just spoke to the lady at the restaurant, she said they unfortunately don't take reservations for lunch, but at 12 (exact) they usually have place and being there 5 of us we should be fine - the problem is 12:15 and on. It is very close to my work, so I will be there a few minutes earlier to make sure we get a spot.
Looking forward to seeing all of you!

Lovely, lovely time, and thanks to all who came.
I had the pasta with vegetable and black olives tomato sauce, a coke, a salad with bread and an espresso, and the bill came out to CHF 20. Delicious and cheap. Highly recommended.
Of course, must thank Venice for her kind gesture - remember, next couple of drinks are on me when I see you again! | This user would like to thank BokerTov for this useful post: | |

The Ravioli were fantastic. Menu included a Salad. 25 Francs.
In company of three gorgeous ladys: priceless.

I loved it, too, thanks federica for this great idea. my husband was so jealous of EF, again (I had told him he could join us, but, to his great disappointment, he couldn't make it).
the pasta "bolognese bianca" was simply gorgeous - believe me and try it! although it's a very authentic italian dish it's something you don't find a lot in italy, more like something done at home by the italian mamma.
I look forward to get to know more of these easy going but good places to eat for when friends come to visit. I think bottega berta is the kind of place that makes you look like a real insider if you take them there
prof. taratonga, for a maths/science/IT person you're quite a charmer... I could almost believe you!
coconut - you're a tough girl, it was a pleasure!
by the way I forgot to ask - "a Taste of... WHAT" next time? mexico?!
