Yes it does use flash but that's not the reason it stopped working.

Yes, it will be EOL soon and it's not a good thing to install but I was willing to do it for the EF chat for now.

I will deinstall it again tonight.

JagWaugh installed an IRC-EF-chat back when they turned off the chat here. I checked and it is gone. I guess it went across his system.

Wanted to say, the last I know of an EF chat is the one that JagWaugh made possible (can’t remember exactly when that was)
