Back when Rhine cruises were still in operation, two American middle aged rednecks came into my local Basel pharmacy where they made multiple attempts to buy Viagra "for a friend back home."

Pharmacist didn't speak Texan, so they could not understand that it was not possible to buy over the counter here. I communicated the message to them and they reemphasized that they heard you can buy it over the counter in Europe (nope, UK) and they sure wanted to bring some back home to Houston "for a friend and that their friend sure would appreciate it".
