What about going to the movies, together? I think Pirates of the Carribbean is a movie not to be missed. So, here is the deal:

Who: All singles over thirty. We are a mixed group of people that have three things in common: All singles over thirty. We are a mixed group of people that have three things in common: We speak English (and German, French, Spanish, Finnish, Swedish,...), we are single and we are over 30.
The idea is just to meet people to hang out with who are also single, so that no one is always the uneven number. It is not a dating event, but hey, you never know... It is always a different group, so don't worry about not knowing anyone - no one does. Just come, and you will get to know us.
When: Thursday, August 10 at 7 p.m. (drinks) and/or at 8.30 (movie); you can come to either or both, as you please

PART ONE OF THE EVENING
When: 7 p.m. (drinks)
What: Drinks or snacks; if you want t full meal, you may wish to be there earlier or stay while we go to the movie

How to recognize us: I will bring a sign saying "Expats" - but you can also just look for the most mixed crowd.

PART TWO OF THE EVENING
When: 8.30 p.m.
What: Pirates of Carribbean II (English version with German and French subtitles) at 8.30 at the Corso movie theatre
Where: Corso movie theatre, near Bellevue; we will go there together to be there at about 8.20

Reservations: No reservation required. I will keep an eye on ticket sales and get tickets for those who have signed up, but so far, this has
never been necessary.
