Hey everybody!

I've been noticing most people who use this forum are in Zurich or places that seem far away from Bern, but if there are any of you in or near Bern that would like to arrange a social event of some kind, it would be great!

We could do whatever people want to do, go for drinks, have a nice meal, whatever!
I'm just anxious to meet more people here in my city.

By the way, you are right about that. This Forum is 90% about Zurich. But it's ok, you get a chance to talk with other people.

I stay in Bern since last September and I would love to meet people from Bern.

What are you doing in Bern? If you look in the social events, there
used to be happy hours there about once per month.

I am REALLY jealous since I really love Bern.

Try the Pickwick pub as well. There are always expats hanging out there.

I'm not sure what do yet, I was just going to see who responded then go from there! I'm open to just about anything.
I did hear about the social events that used to happen, but I have heard they have since stopped.
I have been to Pickwick, it's a nice place, I was just hoping to get members from here on board too!

Not sure what your age is, but there is a disco/bar called Quasimodo.
Early in the evening, it is pretty fun, but later at night, it kind of turns
into a meat market. Try it once, maybe you like it.

How about a coffee-drink meeting this Friday evening ?

As an idea we can meat at Zytglogge (I know VERY classic) and then we have so many options for coffee places at this area. That spot is also very accessible with tram, bus, motorcycle, bike, you name it.

Let's say 19:00, Friday evening, is that cool you with you all ?

Yeah, finally a real meeting in Bern.

Exactly opposite to clock's Tower is the McDonalds Fast-Food.

We will gather in front of the entrance of McDonalds at 19:30 this
coming Friday.

The pavement there is covered, so even if it rains there will be no problem at all. See you all there !

Another one from Bern, but the next 3 Fridays don't work for me. And I'm usually not that busy.
