Larueegg, you are a star for keeping these going! I'm in Bern Thursday for work, but should be back in time to join you.

It's on wednesday not Thursday, so I don't think the run should conflict with your trip to Bern.

What sort of pace are we talking about?

The motto is "no runner left behind;" the pace varies a bit depending on who shows up.

A little pointer: since the people who have signed up so far for this week's installment don't have me to slow them down, you will be running at a decent clip .

No they won't if I am running with them!!

It will probably be wise for me to warm-up/jog from Paradeplatz to make sure everything is nicely stretched before hand.

I haven't been running, so I'll be the one at the back making sure no one gets left behind.

And this will be my first, well almost, run of the summer season, so I will be with Lauregg

The pace will be nothing for you to worry about, given you have done some recent runs with TT. Usually the group spreads between 4.5 to 6 min per km, with the racing snakes looping around occasionally to ensure that those at a more sedate pace haven't got lost.

If you are looking for a quicker run, then certainly a couple of the names on that list should be able to push you. I will be happily pottering at the back with the usual suspects.

That is deserving of a curse or 2. Didn't want to leave the stuff at work.

There are lockers at Stadelhofen station, which is probably on your way to Tiefenbrunnen.

Well you missed the run up the Kusnacht Tobel - which is an "Uetlibergesque" path - and then the loop through the woods in Zollikon could hardly be described as a "flat road section"

Anyone else think one person who attended should wear a 20kg rucksack to slow him down??
