Not around this weekend, but Salsa, I'd be interested in the app you are using. What is it called?

it's cyclemeter runs on the iPhone, it tracks your rides and also gives you comparisons with previous rides, so you can see how are you improving on a defined route. http://www.abvio.com/cyclemeter/ |

I would also ride on sunday for a "recovery" easier ride, so if someone is interested just let me know.

when you are doing the trip around the lake, take care at wädenswil, there
is the big chibli from aug 21st to aug 23rd, roads can be closed or are full of pieces of empty bottles , or people cross the street without looking at the traffic

Hello,
It's off topic for what you're talking about, but I got this cyclemeter software for my iPhone and find it pretty good.
but how do you transfer the graphs to your PC or web site whereever?
Thanks

I make a screen capture and then copy it to the pc, it would be great to transfer the data files and probably is possible, but I haven't looked into it yet.

| | Re: Road bike ride thanks, I asked their support as well and got this feedback. they answer within about 10 minutes, quite impressive.. The app currently does not offer a way to export graphs in a similar way that the app uploads maps. For maps the app generates and uploads KML files and lets Google Maps offer a web presence. In a future release we do hope to offer similar functionality for graphs. In the meanwhile here are some options we suggest to customers. - Export runs, rides and walks as GPX files and use third party web sites to graph the data. - Export runs, rides or walks as CSV files and use a spreadsheet program to graph the data. - Take a screenshot of the graphs on your iPhone and email the photo to yourself. |

Hello people,
Is there anything planned for the next Sunday?
I generally go riding on Sundays and would like to get some company. Could have joined you guys but did not see the post in time. I did a Zurich-Baden out and back in the afternoon. It is not a very interesting route as most of the times you are riding on the pavements and stopping at traffic signals.
I have done some rides towards Albis and Hirzel (Shilburg side) through Adliswil. Once did a round about and crossed Albis from the other side.
Looking forward to my last two weekends in Zurich.
Cheers
Pankaj

This Sunday (Aug 29) is the Gruyere Cycling Tour, staring from Bulle, FR. Come down and ride around the Fribougoise and Vaudoise Alps with 2,000 other people! There are loops of 85km and 125km.
