Bart - you are more than welcome to run at your pace round the track - gives you chance to gauge your own pace - and learn how it feels to try 5-10-15 seconds per KM quicker.

Just wanted to add my preferences, Wiedikon suits me perfectly (180 seconds by train from HB) and Intervals are nice too...so count me in for the next mid-week run if it is U or I.
