Same location as last week.

Matilda will tell us what intervals we will be running - but I think they will be the longer type - 3-2-1km at a quickish pace.

Everyone welcome to come - and train at their own pace.

I should go for short intervals but you can do longer ones and we will be all dead in the end anyway....

Intervals "a la carte"

I'll be having 4 times (300m quick, 100m slow, 200m quick, 100m slow), then have a 3min break before treating myself with a second helping.
