Does anyone know if the outdoor courts in various locations around Basel, for instance the Schutzenmatte Sportplatz are open to the public or do I need to be a member of a club?

Any help on playing tennis in Basel while enjoying the weather would be helpful.

Any luck with finding a court? Have you found partners to play with?

My family will be in Muttenz for 5 weeks and my daughter plays tennis
and wants to stay in practice so she can make her school team when
school starts in August. Any suggestions from your experience on how
to find someone for her to hit with? I would even enroll her in clinics if
I can find one. We will arrive July 10. Any suggestions would be
appreciated. Janice

We have got a friend from Basel who joined our tennis club in Neuenhof and he claims that prices are much higher in Basel if you wanna become a club member that's why he's explored other possibilities and preferred to commute.
