I want to order some gear from Sierra Snowboards http://www.trusnow.com/ because the prices are better and there is a better selection than I can find around here but there is a huge list of items that cannot be shipped internationally http://www.trusnow.com/forum/forum_posts.asp?TID=16803. Is it possible that I have them ship what I want to my parents house in Kansas and then have my parents ship it to me here? I'm expecting there will be some type of tax being that it's Switzerland.

You may be able to avoid paying for the import duty if your parents would send them thru USPS and mark the package as a gift. And tell them not to include the receipt in the package.

I never had to pay for the import duties for my ebay orders when vendors sent them using that technique, but i haven't tried it on bigger items like snowboard or snowboard boots.
