The Regions are:-
RSR - Swiss Romandie (French speaking part of Switzerland)
RZO - Central Switzerland East (includes Zürich)
RZW - Central Switzerland West (includes Basel)
ROS - Eastern Switzerland
RSI - Italien Speaking Region (Ticino)

Check out VD (canton Waadt) for Lausanne and GE (canton Geneva) for clubs in Geneva.
