new fun fitness for women (pole fitness and more) in Zurich
 

just discovered this place (it's a gym/dance school, so website is office friendly!) and very happy to finally see pole fitness in Switzerland! ;)

Ok, I've always found the idea fun and believe that this is much more interesting than your traditional workout in a gym. Plus, you burn a lot more calories this way anyway. :D It's been popular in the states for a while, but still mostly in big cities only, so unfortunately, I didn't have the chance to become a "regular" when I lived there. However, I've had a lesson while in Vegas :cool: and it was tons of fun. All the girls really enjoyed it, lots of laughs.

So... I noticed that they offer both PoleFitness and Aerial Circle classes. Never done Aerial Circle but just feel like this might be more fun and provide more possibilities than a single pole. Contacted the school already and then confirmed that the teacher speaks English so minimal German on my side is not a problem :D

Now, any other EF ladies interested in joining?

Do you have to look that fit when joining?
If yes, what's the point of doing this kind of fitness, because 5 kilos more and you simply can't do this kind of thing can you???

actually, as you'll be supporting your own weight, the heavier you are, the more of a workout it'll be ;)

when we took the class in Vegas, the students ranged from skinny teenagers to plus-size older ladies. Everyone seemed to enjoy the class regardless. The instrutor we had, a former stripper, was by far the fittest person in class :rolleyes:

besides, I absolutely don't see what the fuss is about this pole thing. it is so unerotic and more like something out of a circus. :p
hence, perfect for fun fitness. but no way I'm gonna torture myself like that. no way!!! :)

by Letzipark is the location with the most choices in Zurich...

They do have a studio in Aargau though (noticed that you're in Aargau?) - click here. The first time I heard about them was actually through either DeinDeal or Groupon (can't remember) when they were selling a deal for their studio in Aargau :)

Their studio is between a tennis sock shop and a car tuner specializing on Polos and Corsas. (probably)
