any mountain lakes in central CH close to the passes???

hi all,

going for a bike ride in the next days to the furka/grimsel/susten etc passes, would be nice to cool off and go for a dip in a river/small lake etc in the area but no idea if there are any close to the passes...

anyone have any ideas or suggestions of lakes etc?

I imagine that any mountain lakes close to the passes are likely to be near freezing.

we will be so hot from beingin bike clothes all day it will be refreshing - think of it as a sauna cycle!

Grimsel, Lucomagno, Oberalp and San Bernardino have lakes at the top, and small ones at the Novena and San Gottardo.

Probably others as well.

Just about every pass seems to have a mountain lake....or pond.
