Anyone know a Zumba class in Zurich/ Kloten where the instructions are given in English?

I am looking for similar classes to you - Zumba or something else cardio like with some cool music, but taught in English. Have not found anything yet but wondered if you'd had any private responses to your post?

Go to www.zumba.com and search for the city you want to take classes in. There will be a list with the instructors details so you can contact them in advance.

I only speak english and have been doing Zumba with a non english instructor with no problems. They actually hardly speak during the class - which is standard for Zumba classes - they almost 'mime' the instructions for lack of a better word - and you just follow along.

You may also be able to watch or do a demo class before signing up to anything long term.

Thanks so much Suzy - this is great! Thanks for the advice - this link was ace as now I've found two classes near me (one by work and one by my flat), which is great! Cool to hear that Zumba doesn't require much talking - that will make things a lot easier

One thing that I didn't check was AIR CONDITIONING!! Our gym doesn't have it and it gets REALLY hot and sweaty - even in the winter!!

I didn't go last week but am going to brave it tonight because I have been staying cool by eating ice cream

I have the whole Zumba DVD set if you want in English!! Even have 2 sets of weights! You could get together with some friends and do it at home!
