Hello,

Recently taken up yoga but im looking for some thing a little more hard core to build up fitness.
Id really like to join a step aerobics class. If it was in German i think i maybe could understand but id really prefer it in English.
Any body have any suggestions??

There are lots of step and other aerobics classes, usually in a mix of English and German that's easy to follow, at the Basel Forum sportsclub, on Johan-vorstadt. If you tell the instructor in advance, they will look out for you with extra English instructions.
