I had a session with staceyswiss this morning, and it went pretty ok.
So schedule will be
Tuesday 9-10 (could be 8-9 if people want it earlier)
Thursday 9-10 (could be 8-9 if people want it earlier)
Sunday 13-14 (could be 14-15 if people want it later)
Meet-up is in kannenfeldpark near the ping pong tables. (western side of park)
Bring water and wear clothes that you don't mind getting on the grass.

Sounds great cos I desperately need to get in shape but I can't make it cos I have nobody to mind my 2 year old. Having just watched the YouTube link though maybe that's just as well!!?!

OK - definitely still interested and, not trying to make excuses but it is impossible for me to do anything before next Thurs am (1st Sept) as have visitors until then. If you are happy for me to join you from that date then count me in!

this sounds like a really good idea! i been dying to get healthy again but just have no motivation! I live just at voltaplatz so im only two minutes away, only problem is i work until 5.30 everyday so im only free after then
let me know what times you were thinking of doing it though, if it happens to fit in with my work im well up for it! will be nice to get out and about and meet some new people aswell!

i might be a good victim/candidate but am seriously unfit and have put on 10kg in the last 2 years......since moving here. I need a a good swift kick us the ass. I live next to the border, but also work only 4 days per week and free at weekends........oh and i am really old too, at least 45. pm me if u are up for a challenge..cheers
