Re: used hockey equipment....

Early ice hockey players would strap blades onto their boots to play the game. Nowadays, skates come in a one-piece design with permanently attached steel blades. Hockey sticks were originally made from wood, but today are made of carbon and Kevlar. Some players say the space age material gives more power to shots, while others think that it is fragile and expensive.

Re: used hockey equipment....

From my 3 years of investigation, I haven't been able to locate such goods. At the right time, Aldi will have a few items for near-used prices. Unfortunately the Swiss hockey gods have their new equipment at ludicrous prices. I get my basics from Germany, and import the rest from Canada.

Sorry

Re: used hockey equipment....

Do you mean field hockey as played in the UK or ice hockey, street hockey or unihockey (floorball)?
