Aquasize (Aquafit) in Bern?

Hello all

Just wondering if there are any pools in Bern which offer aquasize classes? Or fitness oriented swiming classes (for adults)..or something involving flippers or water weights. I really miss my swim fitness classes..great way to keep in shape!
