Playing Water polo and Studying at University

I was wondering whether it would be possible to play for a club water polo team and study at a University at the same time. For example studying at Uni Basel and playing on the SV Basel water polo club. I know that SV Basel practices around four nights a week.

Is there enough time to both play club water polo and study? How much time is spent studying at a Swiss University?

I'm from the US and would love to study at a Swiss university.

Thanks in Advance!

Re: Playing Water polo and Studying at University

Maybe. It depends on what you're studying. My son is at Basel university studying physics. Four nights a week committment would be a stretch during term time.

Do you speak and write fluent German?
