If all the:

"Just eat balanced", "Just eat less", "Just exercise more", "Just eat smaller but more frequent meals", "Just add lemon juice" and so on would work only half as good as claimed, obesity would not be killer no 1 in the Western world.
You will be hungry most of the time, as the intention is to loose weight! To stay thin you will also feel hungry as any super model will tell you.
Smaller & more frequent won't work, smaller & less frequent will!
If you always eat until you are full you won't loose weight.

I guess it's down to if you want to achieve the task or just complain that it does not work.

BTW did you sell your Audi that you advertised 11 months ago, price was a little high iirc.

The chilli diet works in exactly the same way. Except once you have rubbed the chilli in your eyes you eat it.

I am using that daily as I am trying to loose few kilos and been stuck with my current weight for some time although all the exercise I am doing and watching what I am eating It is a goo way of keep on track what you have eaten and drinken.

You are not alone there in the battle fields of loosing kilos and being over 30

Since your weight is within the normal range and you seem most concerned about the 'tyres' you have round your muddle, maybe working on toning up your core muscles and abdomen might help - exercises like pilates really do strengthen up the underlying muscles of the core and tones the whole abdomenal area. Your weight is no different but you look and feel a lot trimmer. Also it's good for supporting the back.

Btw, have you had children? Once that's happened the abdomenal
Muscles are never the same (I say from Experience)

I suspect its the non-alcoholic stuff the US call 'apple cider' that's being referred to here. Never quite worked out what distinguishes it from plain pressed apple juice. If they mean proper cider they generally refer to 'hard cider', IIRC.

You can also take meth or ecstasy, and dance all night at the Hive. How's that for Internet advice?

But again, weight loss is over-rated. Because if you are only really losing hydration, you will bounce back once you rehydrate, and would gain more than you lost.

Back to topic - what really works, always, is changing mindset first. This is hardest part. People who take diets occasionally, hit gym after christmas/in spring etc. are in for endless cycle of weight loss & gain. Our bodies change over time, and either we change along, permanently, or our lifestyle will hit us back.
  • changing mindset in "diet way" means dramatic shift on how you perceive food, what is your motivation for next lunch etc. Not my ballpark really, at least not primarily. But it comes little bit with second point:
  • changing mindset in "exercise way" means dramatic shift on the way you think about physical activities, workout, sweating etc. ie looking forward for next run, gym session, pushing yourself little bit every time although body complains (but don't ignore the pain!). Feeling anxious when you didn't do anything hardcore for a couple of days. I guess you get the picture. And this is my game, not for long, still a lot of room to grow. It's simply amazing.
You can get any counseling, hand holding advises you want, but unless your body went through some disaster, you were OK before and just need to get back on track, or more like ahead of what you were.
Take it as a nice perpetual challenge, on of those life will throw at you here & then, but you are better than that and will come out stronger (physically & mentally) than before

If money is your concern, then try injecting heroin instead of having dinner one evening. You might end up financially poorer, but the next day (assuming there is a next day) all your weight worries will vanish as all you will be concerned about is getting some more skag.

(note this diet method may have side effects such as loss of all worldly possessions, forcing you to become a hooker and eventually death, but you'll definitely lose weight).

Have you ever tried the green smoothies for breakfast? Sure doesn't beat a fresh gipfli but helps to lose a few excess kgs. You can make very simple ones, using a handful of spinach, a banana, pinch of ginger and some water. blend and enjoy! I travel from the US to CH several times a year and always seem to gain a few while there cause I can't...or won't say no to pasteries, bread and pasta!
If you have a smart phone there are apps where you can calculate what you are eating and what you are burning. By seeing what you are actually eating broke down into the calories, carbs and fats will help you make better choices. It also could be your metabolism slowing down. Good luck on your journey! It may come off slow at first cause it takes us time to notice thee change, but don't give up!
