Pannier rack for road bike

Hey everyone,

I have a query about attaching a pannier rack to my road bike.

Has anyone got a system attached to their road bike?
If so, what is it and does it work well?

Rack systems that I have seen and I like
attaches to the quick release, and the rear brake bolt.
The above link is not available in CH. Its out of stock in a lot of UK retailers, and costs almost as much for shipping as it does for the thing in the first place!! But if it comes down to it, and there is nothing that I like better, then this is what I will be going for. I just wanted some first hand 'reviews' of anything that's available here.

I have a carbon framed bike, so I don't want to 'clamping' anything to the chain stays/rear forks.
However, becauseroad bikes chain stays are shorter than tourers, does this mean that your heels are clipping the panniers?

Also, racks that just attach onto the seat post look they would be swinging about from side to side when there is a bag on it.
Does anyone have one and is this a correct assumption?

I appreciate any input anyone cares to give.
