Before this one, I had an rcx3 from Polar which I lost
. I had used the rcx3 for over 9 months and it was pretty simple and easy to use.
The box comes with
- The rcx5 watch
- WearLink+ Hybrid strap for monitoring the heart rate
- G5 gps with a strap holder
- Datalink USB stick
With the datalink you can upload your workouts on the polarfitness website. With the GPS you can check out the map of your run or bike route. It also gives a gazillion other info about heart rate, calories etc etc. I am just a beginner in this area and primarily bought the device to keep a track of progress and motivate myself. It is just cool to see your run on a map and how hard or easy it was for you to do.
