I have been doing freeletics for the last 3 months and, so far, I have to say I am quite ok with it.
Not strictly sticked to 4 trainings a week and, although I spent Christmas with 3 trainings a week, due movings and personal stuff I stopped for a month, and in February I restarted.
I have to say I have a good experience and I almost achieved the goals I set for myself. I purchased the app and the year coach, and so far I think I am ok with it. Only problem I can find is time, but trainings are tough, which is good.
However, I was considering buying the Nutrition Guide and I wanted to ask if someone has already tried it and if it is worth the investement, as they advertise it is linked to your coach...
