The Great Big Find a Tennis Partner in Zurich thread

Anyone looking for a tennis partner in Zurich? I'm a pretty good player, but been out of touch for 6-9 months due to a variety of reasons. I just moved here recently, so don't even know where to find a court.

Let me know if you're interested - I don't even mind playing in this weather outdoors (as long as it's not snowing of course).

Cheers!

Re: Tennis in Zurich?

There is a tennis ladder in Zurich that you can find on http://www.globaltennisnetwork.com/
Just search for Zurich tennis network
We are very active in Summer starting May or so, I have not come across anyone interested in playing in winters, of course playing outdoors right now is almost impossible

Re: Tennis in Zurich?

Hi there,

Have recently relocated to Zurich (living in Zollikon), close to tennis courts. The tennis courts have a dome cover put up during the winter, so are accessible year round. Anyone interested in playing. My tennis rating is 9.1 using the British tennis rating system.

Thanks,

Steve

Re: Tennis in Zurich?

Hey, I'm interested in playing in the dome - I'm not familiar with the British rating system, but I'm going to assume 9.1 is out of 10 (hence quite high). I may not pose much of a challenge, but maybe we can hit a few times, and then take it from there.

PM me and we can discuss?

Tennis Partner in Zürich - Kreis 7/Seefeld

Hello

I have played tennis since I was in high school and play at around a USTA level 4.0.

I live in Kreis 7 in between Römerhof/Kreuzplatz so the nearest tennis courts to me are in Seefeld (Tennis Lengg), next to the FIFA (the Zoo) and next to the Dolder.

However if those locations are not convenient I’m happy to meet at a court nearby or near a train station as well.

I’m generally available during weeknights and on the weekends as well.

Let me know if that would be of interest by replying to the thread or just send a PM.

Thanks!
L

Re: Tennis Partner in Zürich - Kreis 7/Seefeld

Hi all

Thought I would revive this thread in case any of you are still looking for an additional hitting partner.

I am 22 and I've just moved to Zurich for 6 months. I am looking to have someone to rally or play a friendly match with - happy to play against all abilities, I myself am a club level player back home (Scotland), around 'ITN 5' for those who know that system.

Happy to play anywhere in Zurich; I live in Affoltern am Albis, but I work at the University and will soon have access to their courts as well.

Thanks
David

Looking for tennis double partners in Zurich

Hi everyone!
My girlfriend and I would like to find somebody to play double tennis with.
We are fairly decent players (not pros) and we like to play for fun.
Let us know if you are interested so we might organize some matches together here in Zurich.

Cheers!

Tennis in Zurich

Hi,

I am new in the city and I'm looking forward to start playing tennis again.
I am working in Kusnach but I can be in Zurich quite quck.

My level is medium but with good technique. I took lessons a couple of years ago and played in some amateur tournaments.

If there is someone in the same situation, i would be really happy to play again.

thanks
