Dancing classes in Basel

Hello everyone!

I have recently moved to Basel for my internship (which will be for 9 months). I want to learn some dancing while I am here, partnered dances if possible (like Salsa).

I never did any kind of dancing before, so I will need some real classes instead of seeing few moves. Does anybody know any relatively cheap and nice dancing class / school? Also, since I do not have a partner, does anyone know if I need one for these kind of dancing lessons?

Thanks in advance!
Erkin

Re: Dancing classes in Basel

There is a place at Aeschenvorstadt (near Aeschenplatz) called Salsaflow. Also another dance school called Dance to Dance at Gerbergasse 13, which is near the main Post Office building I think.

Hey thank you for the quick reply! (I couldn't find a button to say thanks, how do you do that?)

I will definitely go and talk to these places. I see clearly in Salsaflow that joining single is possible (though, of course, cheaper if you have a partner).
