Online training program suggestion

After months of Fitnessblender I am bored

Looking for a new program with the following characteristics:
1) 5 days a week
2) Focus on HIIT, body weight exercise and free weight lifting (I run 2 days a week so not needing aerobic stuff)
3) Max 30 mins/day
4) preferably free but willing to pay for good stuff

Anyone did anything cool recently?

I am using Helsana Coach app (it's free for everyone, not only clients, AFAIK), there is a HIIT program in the endurance section. And you can add something from the strength section (e.g. weight training full body workout). It has a planner feature to put as many workouts to the calendar as you wish.

On doing something cool: I started Fotojagdwanderung. Hiking thru the hilly brambles with 10+ kg equipment and shooting with one of those overcompensating telephoto lenses is an interesting combined exercise.

Ohhh I just google the weighted walking. I am really enjoying walks lately but always felt it is not enough work out-this may be something cool¨!

Could do:

M - weighted walk - 3 km
T - run + 10 mins abs
W - upper body weight training 30 mins
T - weighted walk - 3 km
F - lower body weight training 30 mins
S - run + 10 mins abs
S - Vita parcours

Will check out app also
